Mr. Bunton comes from a family of developers and builders in Southern California. The family has also completed numerous fix and flip projects, resulting in profitable exits. He has overseen real estate development projects on site ranging from value-add apartments to ground-up development with Gemstone Partners. Mr. Bunton has extensive experience as a property manager, where he oversaw 200+ units at J&D Management in San Diego. He has a passion for finding new real estate deals and connecting investors with exceptional opportunities in the multifamily space.
