Mr. Monce is the co-founder of DAS-Alliance Group and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. In addition, he is the founder and CEO of DAS Global, which continues to provide national and international real estate advisory services to major developers, landowners and investors.  DAS Global primarily focuses on residential, hospitality and resort projects. These multi-disciplinary services include development management, land & property acquisition and disposition strategies, market feasibility and financial analysis, debt and equity structuring, asset management, construction management, and project sales & marketing services.

Prior to founding DAS Global, Ed served as the CEO/Co-Founder of The Ryness Company, one of the largest developer-serviced real estate and advisory companies in the United States. During his tenure as CEO, he directed the company’s growth and led its development and acquisition teams to achieve more than $6B in real estate transactions annually. In less than five years, The Ryness Company was transformed into a nation-wide industry leader and recognized authority in residential, hospitality and resort projects throughout the US.

Mr. Monce’s companies have been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $30B across multiple asset classes.
