Mr. Rogers is the Director of Acquisitions and is responsible for developing and executing the acquisition strategy for opportunistic and value-add multifamily deals. His responsibilities include sourcing and guiding all new deals through the underwriting, analysis, negotiation, and due diligence processes. He has played a meaningful role in the firm’s growth, having acquired $170M of B & C class multifamily assets throughout major markets in the Southeast U.S.
Before launching his career into commercial real estate investments, David served as a noncommissioned officer in the United States Army for the 82nd Airborne Division and the United States Army Special Operations Command. During David’s seven years in the Army, he deployed to both Afghanistan and the Philippines in support of U.S. and allied Special Forces troops in the role of a communications specialist, a totally indispensable skill during today’s widespread military operations. With this experience, Mr. Rogers gained a solid ability to prioritize under the most trying conditions while always putting the mission first.
David received his Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he discovered the transferability of his military experience and skill sets needed in today’s fast-paced business environment.
