DAS-Alliance Group is purchasing B and C class apartment buildings in primary and secondary markets in the US. Our investment platform offers investors the opportunity to participate in value created by DAS Alliance as it builds a national residential portfolio by upgrading and repositioning value-add and opportunistic properties. Targeted properties will range in size from 200 to 600 units; with acquisition costs ranging from $25 million to $100 million.
